"Takatō jōshi Kōen (高遠城址公園 / Castle Ruin Park)" is a park in Ina City, Nagano Prefecture, "It is famous for cherry blossoms to be blooming enough to be told that it is "天下第一 (Japan no.1)".   About 1500 cherry blossoms are in full bloom in early to mid April, and many sightseeing buses and families will visit.

From Takatō station (高遠駅) bus stop, go down the slope and aim for the park.
