The Japan Gallery of the National Science Museum (国立科学博物館) was completed in 1931 and was renovated in 2007 and has been designated as an important cultural property of the country in 2008.

Subtropical Zone, Warm Temperate Zone, Cool Temperate Zone, Subarctic Zone... It is divided into four areas, and the natural environment is explained....

3F-North　History of the Japanese Islands.

At the entrance there is a dinosaur that was discovered in Japan.

* Dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus are on display at "Global Gallery (地球館)" B1.

Display of 'Before Formation of the Japanese Islands'.

Various large and small fossils of ammonite are exhibited.

This is a reconstruction frame approximately 13 million years ago.

* It may be good for the Japan Gallery (日本館) to first go up to 3F and observe from 3F to 1F.

After seeing the Japanese pavilion, to the "Global Gallery (地球館)" opened in 2004! The area is wider than the Japanese pavilion and there are volumes too!
